Recommendations
● The frozen kebab skewers have a shelf life of at least 12 months when stored at -18 °C.
● After removing the stretch film, mount the kebab skewer on the kebab broiler and let it thaw for approx. 30 minutes at a low temperature. This can be followed by the actual broiling process. This ensures that the underlying cut surface of the kebab chunks is well-cooked when cut.
● Reduce the broiler temperature before and after the peak sales periods. This ensures that the kebab meat stays juicy longer and does not incur any shrinkage.
● Use the entire skewer and do not keep anything for the next day.
